Head - AI/ML & Data Science

Title : Head - AI /ML & Data Science for an IT Product Organisation

Location : Hyderabad / Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the Artificial Intelligence , Machine Learning and Data Science team(s), with responsibility for Building the Department Structure, Technology used and Strategy.

- Work with the team(s) to identify best practices and models, train and deploy a wide variety of AI / ML, Data Science models (variety of neural network architectures, random forests, linear regressions, genetic algorithms etc) as well as third party models across any area requiring it where needed.

- Work with vision, sound, chat, transaction and any other datasets

- Analyse results and performance of teams and models, continually optimize existing processes

- Stay up to date on latest AI / ML & Data Science learning techniques and technology

- Experience as an AI Architect or worked as AI Architect.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- M.Tech / B.Tech with Min 17+yrs experience ,at least 5 years of experience working on complex data science problems with 5+ member teams

- Should have build, deploy end-end machine learning project

- Built a robust enterprise-wide architecture for AI and collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, developers, operations, security etc.

- Deep knowledge of Python and its Data Scientist packages

- Understanding of the hypothesis>train>deploy>optimize process of models

- Experience working on Cloud ML systems (Azure, Collaboratory or similar)

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Ability to work with and lead both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them to continuously improve.

- Good ability to work remotely

- Able to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in English.

- Experience in Quantitative Monitoring or Valuation Systems

- Knowledge of game mathematics.

- Experience with the mathematics of spike modelling and how to build effective alerts

- Experience with machine vision

- Experience solving complex, new problems that have not been solved by others
