Job Description :

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :

1. Knowledge of statistical method - (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, Use of supervised and unsupervised learning) and their applications to solve business problems in payment domain by building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

2. Proficiency in data analysis to analyze the large data sheets using tools like R, Python, Numpy, Pandas, StatsModels, Hive, Sci - py, Tensorflow, Pytorch.

3. Develop management functional application on payment domain using business analytics to share insights on specific areas as given below: (Indicative points)

A) Recommending strategies to improve metrics like renewal rates, product adaptation rates, cross-sell/upsell rate, customer satisfaction, Customer grievances / disputes, business and technical decline etc.

B) Define segmentation of customer base and recommend strategies for each segment.

C) Delivery key predictive and descriptive models such as customer lifetime value models, and tenure, spend, and price models etc.

Education:

- Minimum Bachelor in Technology (B.E./ B. Tech) or Masters in Science ( MSC ) with specialization in Computer Science, Computer Applications ( MCA) or MBA in business analytics.

Criteria:

- 10 years plus of experience in computer science with minimum 5 years in Data science - Machine learning, Data mining, Deep learning, artificial intelligence, pattern recognition areas or equivalent;
