1. Providing Architectural Solutions for the Projects

2. Providing relevant ideas and getting them executed

3. Incessant Innovation in Architecture and a driving towards championing GREEN Developments

4. Supporting the Company with Profit maximization through maximizing Leasable Areas & reduction in Costs by ensuring effectiveness in Architectural Designs .

Apart from the above, the incumbent's key performance indicators will be as below :

1. Designing & Drawing

2. Overall Co-ordination with Consultants / vendors

3. Technical Co-ordination with Govt. /Statutory Bodies for approvals

4. Project reviews through checks of Drawings

5. Effective planning of Architectural Elements

In your role, the following illustrative list of responsibilities are included, but not limited to:

- Working on the Project Drawings in order to achieve the Carpet Areas, Useable Areas, FAR Areas, Built up Areas, Gross Leasable Areas etc.

- Working out the Efficiencies of the Floor Plates and thereby calculating the Loadings for achieving Maximum GLA's.

- Checking & Monitoring Design Features and thereby ensuring Cost reduction through Architectural Details
