Job Responsibilities:

Strategy :

- Manage the coordination and overall integration of activities in architectural or engineering projects of FY

- Implementation of Advance Software based Design Methodologies / Innovatoive Construction Material Usage with Go Green Concept / Energy Efficient Design

- Improvise the internal process to achieve reduction of deliverables through enhanced productivity

- Integration of property specific design elements for best possible format design delivery

Design:

- To Review the design & engineering strategy time to time, consider alternate material specifications without quality compromise and structural system

- Supervise drawings done by drafting hands and correct if necessary

- Sign off the drawings, signoff of fixture BOQs for issue & check timelines

- Issue format specific & Fixture BOQ to respective zones

Stakeholder Management :

- Periodic interaction with internal customers/ business stakeholders to confirm project milestones as per business needs

- Project scope finalization, team briefing team and resource allocation

- Monitoring site designs to reduce gaps between finalized designs & execution
