Head Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and fulfill management requirements across projects nationwide.

- Demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.

- Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with team members and reach decisions.

- Possess expertise in interior design, architecture details, materials, and finishes.

- Be well-versed in classical and modern architectural drawings and their details.

- Have a strong knowledge of structural services and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

- Capable of interpreting architectural drawings and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

- Prepare and deliver presentations regularly.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.

- Knowledgeable in various architectural styles, including classical, neo-classical, and luxury modern.

- Understand project management principles and timelines.

Interactions:

- External: Engage with consultants, vendors, and contractors for project execution.

- Internal: Collaborate closely with team members, consultants, and other departments such as CPD and Finance for payment processing and project coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture

Experience: 15 to 20 years
