Head - Applications

Key Deliverables:

1. Engage with designers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders and understand the business goals of the projects/products and redefine the problem statement.

2. Evaluate and suggest/decide the most suitable technology stack for a given business requirement/solution.

3. Lead and drive all the design and development projects for Capital Markets Mobile / Web applications

4. Conceptualise innovative design solutions based on user and business needs. Engage with internal and external stakeholders from different departments and present innovative ideas

5. Build and deploy the approved design solutions

6. Lead user testing before deployment of new solutions and designs

7. Formulate SOPs that enable efficient product design and development.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. BE / B Tech

2. 10 - 15 years of experience in product design and development

3. Minimum 3 years experience in Mobile and Web Applications Development in the Capital Markets domain

4. Strong hands-on control on UX & UI design and designing software.

5. Fully updated with the latest trends and technologies in the UX domain

6. Experience in working on different technology frameworks - angular, ionic, hybrid technologies

7. Good experience in Microservices & Cloud computing solutions

8. Experience in working in a fast paced environment in the e-commerce, payment, banking, security industry
