My Client is a leading telecom service provider. I am looking for a professional with EXPERTISE IN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (customer service and CRM applications and voice applications).

Following points capture the key responsibilities of the individual

- Setup and manage centralized function for delivery of business demands for CS IT implementation

- Joint working with Demand Management Head and Operations towards prioritization, planning, development and delivery of in-scope demands

- Single point of contact for all CS IT deliveries of functional and non-functional requirements

- Proactive propositions of future-ready IT implementations

- Delivering inherent as well as future-proof non-functional requirements for sturdy and scalable application platforms

- Establish strong and fail-proof delivery management processes, standards, quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria with key IT vendors like IBM, TCS and others

- Delivery management of large IT transformation programs pertaining to CS platforms

- Implement quality checks/gates to ensure low-defect, high-performance, scalable and high quality deliveries

- Continuous improvement in delivery quality and high customer satisfaction

- Track and report CS platform wise budgets versus spend, for approved IT deliveries

- Manage a team of

- Application delivery managers for projects & new business demands

- End to end solution designers and business analysts

- Development vendors

- System test vendors

- CS Domain business analysts and architects

- Development and test environment management

- 3rd line production support

- Change management board

- Provide transparency to demand management and program management office, on the decisions, delivery timeline, cost and value creation for all CS IT demands

Please note that APPLICATION DEVT EXPCE is a MUST. Candiadtes with relevant experience in the consulting industry, telecom industry and BPO/ KPOs (telecom processes) can apply.
