Head Applications (Corporate) - NBFC


Strategy Development :

- Partner with Corporate Function Heads, & Senior IT leaders to lead the digital transformation strategy and execution for the Corporate Functions.

- Provide vision & strategy, enable innovation and seek to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations.

Digital / Technology :

- Create and lead the implementation of Corporate Applications and technologies for Corporate Functions - Treasury, HR, Finance, CS, Branding, Legal, Compliance, M&A etc.


- Keep updating the same by tracking the emerging digital technology trends e.g. Intelligent Automation leveraging RPA, Chatbots etc. for relevant business outcome. Identify, build & refine all the digital touch points across all Corporate Functions.

- Lead the introduction and conceptualization of Pilots, Proof of Concepts in new technology areas.

Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with Corporate Function Heads (CXOs) at strategic level to drive technology / digital agenda for Corporate Functions.

- Management of our key suppliers to ensure availability of all our core application services for Corporate employees

Budget Management :

- Budget accountability for all Corporate technology expense and portfolio budgets.

- Identifying proactive opportunities for cost savings through automation, improving service quality.

Standards & Governance :

- Keep up to date with technology trends and development of enterprise technology standards.

- Establishing Agile IT Operation processes.

- Manage strategic vendor partner relationships. Setup and run the Governance with the partners.


- Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization.

Experience :

- 8 -14 years of experience within the IT Services or Industry with minimum 5 years in the digital transformation of financial services business.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.

- Experience in business partnership and delivering technology solutions to create business differentiators.

- Experience in Emerging Digital technologies like Intelligent Automation, Analytics etc as well as understanding of Innovation techniques and concepts like Design Thinking, Agile development.

- Must have understanding of Architecture and Design principles for futuristic, scalable technology solutions.

Essential Qualifications :

- Graduate (Engineering preferred), Post Graduation (Desired).
