Ancillary Revenue Head
- We are looking for a Ancillary Revenue Head for a B2B2C SaaS-based marketplace in the international student recruitment sector.
- We help institutions and recruitment agents find and transact with each other, ensuring the right student is matched with the right placement for their needs.
- We are looking for a generalist and hustler to build our ancillary services business from grounds up. This would mean setting up multi-million-dollar business. These could include Student loans, accommodation, fee remittance, Study Insurance, Student Travel to name a few.
- This role is a rare greenfield opportunity and will be responsible for defining our strategy for the ancillary business, building a stellar team, developing the product and taking it to the market.
Responsibilities :
- Own the strategy and execution for ancillary businesses, define go-to-market (GTM) strategy, deliver suitable products for market needs, securing partnerships with adjacent providers and scaling up business function worldwide.
- Work with the executive team and the management to define a multi year plan to scale up and expand these services to all our source markets
- Hire and lead a team of hustlers to build and scale these businesses globally
Requirement :
- 8 - 15 years of total experience in general management / business leadership roles.
- Experience in building/scaling up a business a plus.
- Leadership maturity and good communication flair for influencing stakeholders at multi-levels.
- Results-oriented with exceptional strategic and execution capabilities.
- Data driven and analytical thinker to drive business direction using the right data sets
- B2B, B2B2C, SaaS marketplace, travel, payments, and consulting experience will be a plus.
