- As a Head Of Analytics, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and explore solutions to organizations problems.
What you will do :
- Monitoring and overseeing all activities of the data analytics team
- Guiding the team in research, development and implementation of data systems that lead to improved business performance
- Leading the data analytics team to promote data driven business decisions
- Partnering with the leadership team to identify and execute on high impact opportunities by leveraging customer or prospect data. The data includes in-house data or external data (Ex. Various bureau level data)
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards daily, weekly or monthly to facilitate faster decision making across PAN India
- Developing and implementing advanced analytics approaches which will help the organization to implement real time decisions.
- Areas of expertise required are Statistical modeling, Forecasting, Segmentation, Hypothesis testing and so on
What you need to have :
- Strong storytelling and articulation skills to convert analytical output into clear, concise and persuasive insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audience
- Experience in the mortgage loan industry and knowledge on the rural market is an added advantage
- Ability to translate complex strategic challenges into relevant analytical framework
- Excellent knowledge of customer lifecycle management particularly in BFSI domain in Indian context
- Prior experience in various statistical procedures like Univariate & Multivariate analysis, hypothesis testing, probability distributions, prediction by using various regression or ML algorithm, forecasting procedure, segmentation by using clustering procedures
- Hands on knowledge on SQL, R or Python, Excel
- Ability to provide hands-on technical support to the team as required
- Experience of handling a team, with the willingness to lead by example
- Zeal to learn & work in a startup culture
