The Data Leader sits at the intersection of data science, product and business teams, steering a team that leverages data insights to maximize the impact of these teams by defining key metrics, reporting on KPIs, building a scalable data warehouse that acts a single-source of truth, and improving process through causal inference.

You'll significantly influence our roadmap to deliver world class service to our customers as efficiently as possible. You will also be responsible to mentor an existing team of 10 analysts and expected to grow it significantly. You will also set the data agenda and work with the business to ensure that data is at the forefront of decision making at .

The individual should also be hands-on and be able to spend 10% of their time doing analysis of our most important problems.

External Skills And Expertise

Key Requirements:

- 12 - 15 Years of experience

- Must have managed a team of analysts earlier for a minimum of 3 years

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and the utmost attention to detail

- Ability to break down a business problem in smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions. Hand-on and willing to do 10-20% IC work

- Strong SQL, R, Python skills.
