Role : Head - Analytics, Data Science

- Strong skills in Operations Research, Statistics, Machine Learning

- Operations Research - Linear and Quadratic Programming

- Statistics - Probability distributions, Simulation, Regression Analysis, Time Series Analysis

- Machine Learning - Supervised, Unsupervised and Semi-Supervised techniques - Regressions, SVM, Clustering, Trees and Forests, Transduction techniques, Feature Selection, Dimensionality Reduction, Cross Validation, Stochastic programming.

- Applying big data analytics to improve customer retention.

- Lead Data Scientists and Engineering teams for automation of algorithms.

- Clearly document and explain the benefits of the solutions to the stakeholders.

- Implemented solutions in Predictive Analytics, Data Mining using Statistical techniques, Operations Research (Linear Programming), and Machine Learning.

- Global Delivery of Analytical Solution and Client Engagement

-Contributing to recommendations on predictive / analytical modeling products, services, protocols, and standards in support of solution development efforts

- Customer Segmentation and Clustering

- Forecasting and Planning

- Survey Insights and Business Analytics

- Data Visualization and Business Intelligence

- Interprets problems and provide solutions to business problems using data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, machine learning, artificial intelligence techniques

- Should be very strong on Algorithms & Designs, Data Structures

Technology Experience : Python

Education : Tier 1 Schools of India, Top B schools - BTech / MTech / Phd, MBA ( good to have MBA along with engineering )
