Head - Analytics - CPG/Retail/FMCG

Position: Head Analytics-CPG Vertical for a leading Research & Analytics firm in Pune

Grade: Sr. Manager/ Associate Director

Location: Pune- (Relocation can be considered)

Experience: 7+ experience in CPG/ FMCG/ Retail/ Consumer Goods analytics

Job Role:

- The ideal candidate would have worked extensively with CPG manufacturers, as an employee or part of vendor/consulting teams.

- He or she would have addressed market share objectives and delivered projects related to market & category understanding, distribution opportunities, stock compliance, return on channel strategy & trade promotions, pricing.

- This person would have delivered actionable insights on market share drivers, customer behaviour/preferences

- This person will have deep CPG domain expertise with knowledge to drive data analytics initiatives.

- Devise strategies to meet clients market share objectives and lead teams with decision sciences & technology skillsets.

- Participate in employee engagement activities, including coaching & mentoring junior team members
