Primary Purpose of the Role :
Be a lead client business Partner and Consulting Solutions leader in Research & Analytics Service Domain by augmenting the revenue/business reach and customer delight in technology enables research and analytics service domain, thus enabling the organization to expand the business horizon with its existing as well as new customer base.
Key Activities
- Mentor and Guide as Lead SME in Research and Analytics - Mentor and Guide the team in all the modelling techniques, survey analytics, consumer behaviour insights creation, and refreshers on service offerings
- Capability Building and Capability Enhancement Effectively build and augment the descriptive and predictive analytics capability of the organization through internal and external talent pool.
- Business Augmentation - Design and Implement the go-to-market strategy for descriptive and predictive analytics service offerings
- Client Servicing and CRM - Working with the client to understand their current and possible requirements and thus design and recommend descriptive and predictive analytics models
Experience and Competencies -
!. Expertise in Descriptive and predictive analytical model in Healthcare/Telecom/Retail/BFSI Space - Survey Analytics, Applied Statistics, and Analytical Modelling
2. Effective people skills and networking skills
3. Skilled Communicator
Proven expertise in Survey Analytics
5. Adept in Modelling techniques like Structural Equation modelling, Market Mix modelling, Segmentation techniques, Multivariate techniques Panel Regression etc
