Head - Analytics Center of Excellence

Role Outline:

- This role is a global role of leading the analytics practice for both clients as well as all internal analytics initiatives within the organisation. The person will lead a team of analysts, data scientists, BI developers and will be responsible from identifying, designing to implementation of all analytics initiatives. The role will also include using data to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies across the business.

- As a secondary responsibility, the successful candidate would be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activities by providing technical support in building the right solutions. The role will be based out of India and will service global clients.

The role will require you to:

- Create a roadmap for Analytics CoE for the entire organization.

- Experience with the entire software development life cycle and prior experience with successful product development and deployment within the healthcare industry.

- Understand Healthcare data sets both across payer and provider business and be able to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies.

- Understand complex business requirements and address them with appropriate solutions.

- Do research on market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders to proactively build new capabilities.

- Create products and solutions to solve business needs.

- Actively participate in responding to RFIs and RFPs and present solutions to prospects and clients.

- Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, and competitive positioning.

- Deliver business and technical presentations to any client at the executive, decision-making level.

Ideal candidate will:

- Be a Graduate / Postgraduate preferably in Engineering / Management with experience in similar roles

- Have over 15 years of experience leading analytics team and implemented large data projects and atleast 10 years in a leadership/ management capacity.

- Have experience of leading AI/ML projects.

- Have a good understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance aspects.

- Have Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Have high energy and a positive attitude
