Role - Head of Analytics & BI ( Fintech Setup)

Role and Responsibility :
- The role will require you to work with the client services team and Products Team to provide deep levels of understanding and insights into Rewards and Offers programs operated by the company. The role will require analysis within the loyalty program and cover customer behavior relating to customer transactions, product purchases, redemptions, campaigns responsiveness, demographics, and other program activity.
- Also work closely with internal teams you will be expected to interact directly with Products Team and Partners, taking briefs, suggesting strategies and also presenting your findings face to face to them.
- Create a strategy for the collection of relevant data
- Create actionable customer segment models that will be tagged and tracked through customer lifecycles
- Help development of strategic communication - roadmaps- for key customer segments within the framework for each client
- Development and maintaining a scorecard to measure loyalty programs success and progress
- Undertake Pre and Post Campaign analysis pull out key customer insight and deliver meaningful campaign data insights to the Client Service Team.
- Play an active role in program reporting for quarterly client reviews
- Continuous improvement and deployment of customer value management activities to line of business
- Cross-skilling of non-analytical teams on data analytics - best practice-
- Derive actionable business approaches for marketing initiatives by analyzing and interpreting customer/product and transactional data
- Provide thought leadership in business problem resolution and identification of opportunities within the client base
- Develop prospect, growth and attrition models for all lines of business.
- Develop and implement model monitoring processes to measure the effectiveness of established models
- Recalibrate models when hurdle measures are met from the model monitoring process
- Analyze and report on Customer Behavioural Changes affecting the Groups customer base
- Convert relevant areas of data insights into standard reporting for clients
- Support the transformation of business processes and cultural aspects to improve the usage of customer data our client's decision making and business performance management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Min 5+ years relevant analytical experience, a strong understanding of the relevant BI Toolsets required to do the job, and a background in working with Campaign or Business Reporting Systems along with the highest understanding of Data Mining / Campaign Analytical Techniques
- This is a senior role and the successful applicant will be dealing with the Leadership Team and will be expected to have the highest-level communication and relationship skills
- Thorough knowledge of banking and payback rewards would be an added advantage and a good knowledge of travel and retail rewards systems.
