Job Profile:
Ramp up and lead the Analytics Response Team in India:
- Ensures high quality and excellent client handling from day one, documents lessons learned & communicates them to the team
- Develops a strategy for the roll out, helps to identify the service location - Set high quality standards, coach, train and set processes to achieve this objective
- Ensure efficient day to day operations for the team
- Contribute to build a spirit of teaming across the Analytics Response Team members by encouraging desired behavior, ensure team affiliation, morale and delivery of high quality output
- Orchestrates smooth collaboration between his/her team and other Analytics Solutions teams and Consulting
- Contributes to the overall strategy of Analytics Solutions
Manage ongoing operations:
- Coaches, provides feedback and motivates team members through clear communication, appropriate delegation and targeted interventions to ensure high quality output
- Ensures appropriate training is provided to each team member, either by coaching directly or identifying appropriate offers
Manages professional development and review processes:
- Guides request dispatch within the team, takes the lead on critical requests
- Task assignment and overall management of the team
- Provide direct management and people development for team
- Drives recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes
Ensures appropriate quality and customer service:
- Collaborates with consulting project leads on proposals, signs of proposals created by the team
- Responsible for overall quality of all tasks the team performs
- Thought partner and advisor for all complex requests
- Shares his/her deep knowledge and supreme expertise on business intelligence and statistical analysis tools, is recognized as an expert
- Coordinates resources to ensure short turnaround times, highest qualities and, as a result, meet or exceed the high expectations of clients
Job Requirements:
- Leadership
- Deep line & project management experience, experience with launch of new services, running a startup or comparable desired
- Experience in driving recruitment, hiring and on boarding processes
- Superior problem solving
- Strong presence & leadership skills
- MBA / Graduate from tier 1 institute
