About our Client - Our client is a Leading Global Bank with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe. India has been growing market for their various functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking at seasoned finance professional to head their AML operations team in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to the global head for AML operations, following would be a part of your responsibilities:

- Spearhead a multi disciplined team and deliver AML change mandate supporting different divisions.

- Developing AML ops strategic agenda for India and aligning the same with overall global AML agenda.

- Work with the Group-wide AML operations teams to identify best practices, tools, techniques and carry out their implementation wherever required.

- Relationship management between AML operations team and key stakeholders, acting as a point for all aspects of AML operational activities

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified CA/MBA with 12 to 15 years of experience with strong exposure to AML operations.You should be a dynamic professional with prior experience of leading a team. Although you will be managing a team you would be expected to have hands on experience in the same.
