Position: Head of Alliances

Purpose of the job:

Head of Alliances-Banking

- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and cultivate new strategic partnerships with banks and NBFCs to enhance business growth and operational efficiency. Ensure high levels of engagement with banking partners to maximize collaboration and value creation

- Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with banking partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Ensure excellent communication and issue resolution to maintain strong partner relationships

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and budgets associated with partnership initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on partnership goals and strategies

- Negotiation & Agreement Management: Negotiate agreements with banks, vendors, and clients to secure favorable terms and reach equitable deals. Develop and implement business plans that align with long-term organizational objectives

- Market Insights & Client Updates: Keep clients informed about the latest products and services offered, sharing insights on market trends and our cutting-edge technology. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing partnerships and improving offerings

Of positions: 1

Who can apply:

- 12-15 years of experience in partnership management, alliances, or business development within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong focus on credit

- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships

- MBA from recognized educational institute (preferred)

- Strong English and Excel skills required

- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels in organization

- Strong planning & organizational skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines

- Highly analytical thought process in order to adapt to an evolving business
