Jadooz:
Jadooz is a brainchild of industry leaders from the field of Content, Technology, Virtual Reality and Gaming to bridge the entertainment divide across the merging markets. Jadooz will primarily drive, Sportainment and Entertainment, through its specially designed zones which would be driven by a cloud based secure delivery platform, through a Jadooz Secure in-zone device. The content offering ranges from 'First Day First Show of Films' to 'Never seen VR and MR Experiences, Edutainment and VR Gaming. The founders include Padmashree Shobana, Rajat Ojha, Ravi Kishan (Actor), Rahul Nehra and the advisory board consists of industry gurus like Justin Berenbaum.

Pilot completed in 3 states
First international location signed up and in the construction phase
Funding Status - Currently funded by early investors in unicorns like OYO, expected to scale at similar levels
Role:
- Head strategic alliances and business development
- Lead content partnerships with production and distribution houses, nationally and with regional film houses
- Lead content partnerships with VR content providers- nationally and internationally
- Lead partner development effort in a franchisee model for India and other emerging markets
- Lead call for franchisee efforts in collaboration with the founder
- Contracting, sign-ups and negotiations
KPI
- # of new sites onboarded
- # new franchisee onboarded
- # In-bound franchisee leads
Compensation - In line with industry
ESOPs on completing one year with a ability to have a multiple level growth
Location - Head office is Noida, however this role will need travel around India
- Knowledge of Excel and powerpoint a must
