Role :
As SVP/ AVP-Alliances and Partnerships, the role of a Strategic Alliances and Partnerships is to plan, negotiate, and build a long-lasting relationship with key accounts, key partners, and potential partners. This is an experienced, hands-on, execution-oriented alliance senior role. You cultivate these partnerships to make sure we can take full advantage of alliances. Your main role would be to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.
Job Description :
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
- Coordinate with the public relations to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
- Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
- Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Serve regular contact points for developing and maintaining a business relationship, troubleshooting, and responding inquiries
- Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth.
- Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, and sales.
- Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution.
- Flexible hours to give you freedom and increase productivity
Qualification, Experience and Expertise :
- MBA, MS or other advanced degree
- Proven record of minimum 3 years of professional working experience in partnerships and alliances and account management.
- Experience with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.
- Experience initiating and driving new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partner
