Our client is a startup in the travel e-commerce industry working in Air Tickets, Travel Packages and Hotel Booking. They are uniquely positioned in the industry with the lowest possible fares and ensuring the best experience on their platform.
Role:
The role reports to the CEO and would be responsible for:
- Managing the air ticketing process across Issuance, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
- Working towards building and managing the air ticketing process both automatic and manual
- Managing the operations efficiency to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Building and managing the overall team to ensure a high level of internal efficiency and productivity
- Managing the internal ticketing management system and ensuring the efficacy of the ticket issuance
About the Candidate:
The candidate must have:
- An experience of 10-12 years in the operations function and masters from a good B-School
- Experience in the travel & e-commerce industry
- Should have managed a team of 50 or more people in the operations team
- Experience in operations in air ticketing for the Indian market only
- Experience in handling ticketing management system
