We are hiring for a senior professional with extensive experience in managing PMS and AIF investment products.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Market Intelligence :
Be aware of product offerings, commercials, mobilization, etc of other channel partners/distributors.
Meetings with Product Manufacturers :
Meet as many as possible PMS / AIF product manufacturers on a regular basis to get a good perspective of the investment landscape
White-listing / Approving Products :
Ensuring the best in class products across asset classes is available for distribution on the platform. Ensure the end-to-end process for distribution is in place - including supporting Third Party Products team in executing service level agreements, setting up meetings between the RMs / clients and product manufacturers, co-ordination between sales and manufacturers for execution, etc
Commercials :
Negotiate with product manufactures for commissions/distribution fees for alternate products
Product Delivery :
Ensure all product collateral like client mailers, ready reckoners, performance comparison, etc is sent to the respective teams on a regular basis
Sales :
Take targets from the sales team and drive sales through all branches to ensure significant traction for all products approved on the platform
Product Review :
Ensure review of all approved products at a requisite interval
Training ;
Conduct product and product-related training for the sales and advisory team.
