- Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Fee & Income.
- To identify potential markets for business development and formulate a business strategy for Corporate/Wholesale/Agri Business
- Manage Key business Relationship
- Manage Portfolio Quality
- Manage the cost & revenue on the branch and ensure that branch is profitable
- Identify, Develop and Lead a team of Agri-team to develop the business
- Study services provided by competition and implement necessary changes in our product
- Analyse our market share at rural branch locations and benchmark
- Formulate and implement strategies & capitalize manpower and other resources required to increase market share
- Identify new market segments and new cost effective revenue generating linkages through branch network &
- Ensure that all agribusiness customer are suitably updated on bank's initiatives, through danglers, standees etc.
- Discussion with central product team and close the product & customer related queries
- Ensure that there is proper lobby management at the branches
- Nil critical customer request escalation
- Identify the impediments and get them removed through consultation with stake holders in-order for TAT to be on the lower side
