Head/AGM - Finance - CA

- We are seeking a qualified CA with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in the finance domain to take on the role of Head of Finance/AGM Finance.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, MIS & reporting, taxation, audits, and stakeholder management.

- Experience in the Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, or Retail sectors will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee and ensure compliance with all financial accounting standards.

- Manage statutory compliance requirements and ensure timely filings.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure the company stays on track with financial goals.

- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

Cash Flow Management:

- Oversee the cash flow and liquidity of the organization, ensuring the timely availability of funds to meet operational needs.

MIS & Reporting:

- Generate and present timely financial reports to management, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve decision-making.

Taxation & Audits:

- Ensure the company's taxation processes comply with all applicable regulations.

- Manage internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency.

Stakeholder Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Experience: Must have at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

Industry Experience: Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, or Retail sectors will be a significant advantage.

Location: Preferably candidates residing near Thane, Maharashtra
