AGM - Accounts and Finance with Food company

Position : AGM- Accounts and Finance.

Manager Finance :

- Fund Management/Working Capital Management/Fund Planning/Preparation of funds flow statement

- Preparation of CMA Data/Feasibility studies/Monthly Stock Statement

- Dealing with Bankers and Financial Institutions, Limits with Bankers, Trade Financing

- Having working knowledge of Forex, Export Financing, Buyers Credit arrangement and repayment, Bills Discounting

- Management of Short term Borrowing and finances.

- Letter of Credits, Export Debtors and Collections, Import Creditors and payments.

- Financial Projections.

Manager Accounts :

- Preparation of Books of Accounts, Accounting as per the Indian Accounting Standards, GAAP

- Ensuring the Statutory, Internal & Tax Audit work of the books of accounts

- Statutory Compliances (TDS,VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax)

- Vouching, Verification, Reconciliation and maintenance of Books of Accounts

- Preparation of Projected and Provisional Financial Statements

- Preparation of Income Tax, TDS, Service tax and VAT returns

- Registrar of companies compliances.(Ministry of Corporate Affairs, ROC requirements)

- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register

- Preparation of Financial Budgets etc.

- Debtors Reconciliation

- Creditors Reconciliation

Qualification : CA

Experience : 5 to 7 years ( at least 2 years- experience in exiting position as a head of Accounts and finance/ manufacturing/ sales / Corporate). SAP exposure is must, merger and accusation.

Industry : Any manufacturing industry (owner based / pvt ltd ) organisation / turnover of Rs 200 cr to 300 cr.

Reporting Authority : CEO

Salary : Rs 17 Lacs (CTC) + Variable.
