Head - After Sales & Parts(2 wheeler industry)
At present We are looking for a senior position in a leading OEM MNC Copmany for Head aftermarkets-Global Business.
Key Responsibilities :
Set the Strategic Direction :
- To provide the Long term strategic road map for Global After Sales Business in our chosen markets. This will include the After Sales Framework and operating model.
- To create annual business plans and have overall P&L responsibility for the department.
- To update the After Sales processes, systems and documentation to ensure they are appropriate for the relevant international markets.
- To be an integral member of the Global Business Board.
Drive Capability :
- To monitor the After Sales skill development of distributor / dealers in the markets and drive the capability of their service teams.
- Drive adherence of after sales standards implemented in the markets and make course corrections.
- Monitor warranty and Knock down costs and drive course corrections.
- Coordinate development of service training content for international markets.
Product Performance :
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to Service Technical Team.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues faced in the markets to Service Technical Team.
- Coordinate with R&D team on changes in homogenization norms.
Parts Management :
- Oversee the development and update of parts pricing and catalogue.
- Develop and update parts stocking norms in the markets.
- Drive parts availability and implementation of stocking norms in the markets.
- To strive for Best EBITA w.r.t Parts Business.
People Management :
- Conduct goal setting and performance reviews for the team.
- Build capability of both individuals and the team.
- Create a strong, cohesive global team by direct and matrix management.
Background / Competencies/ Credentials :
Essential Education Background :
- B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical or equivalent)
Desired Education Background : B.Tech /B.E (Mechanical or equivalent)
- MBA/PGDM
Desired Technical / Functional Competencies :
