- Plan and project the revenue for the year in line with the traffic forecasts and industry trends. Monitor the actual performance on a monthly basis and analyse the reasons for deviation. Make-up plans in case the targets are not met.
- Monitor the concessions for contract compliance and qualitative deliverables.
- Think of new ideas to generate additional revenue by introducing new concepts. Test business plans for the new projects. Manage the concession awarding process and operationalization of the new concept.
- Engage with the stakeholders to understand their challenges and to apprise them of our expectations. Get business intelligence for future planning. Support stakeholders and take their support as the case may be.
- Understanding the revenue leakage possibilities. Making processes more robust to avoid leakages. Address Audit observations with corrective action.
- Provide reports and data as required for filing regulatory submissions. Give support to legal for litigation issues. Device policy documents in the interest of the organization.
