Job Title : Head - Advertising & Branding

Job details are as follows :

Required skills : Creative with excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to write clearly for news organizations, speeches and presentations.

Special skills required : Self-motivated and independent, like to work with a minimum of Supervision.

- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills required for representing the firm in diverse environments.

- Multi tasking to handle multiple assignments and Prioritizing work tactically.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite of applications, working knowledge of Quark Express, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Direct the firm's marketing and client communications programs including public relations, media relations, copywriting, graphic design, collateral materials, direct mail, web site content and firm identity program.

- Work closely with Marketing Director, Marketing Head to identify their target market, outline goals, and set budgets for their ad campaign

- Find the most effective means of informing customers about Donear's products and services.

- Develop relations with Media and Serve as Firm Media Contact

- Coordinate the firm's printing and vendor relationships as they relate to marketing/communications.

-. Supervise the firm's graphic design needs including coordination with external designers and agencies.

- Conduct Market Research Project to develop new Marketing Initiatives and Promotional

- Strategies, Develop all information content of Web site including regular updates of firm pages and addition of links to/from site.

- Concept, Write, Prepare and place firm press releases & Print Advertisements.

- Develop and maintain internal communications program using email, newsletter (News & Notes) and marketing bulletin board.

- Arrange for photography of firm events & maintain the firm clippings.

- To take independent charge of all corporate communication - international & external branding, including In-house magazine, Website, knowledge management. PR events, corporate branding, investor relations.
