Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of advertising professionals to achieve optimal performance.

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest advertising platforms and technologies.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

- Plan, create, and execute high-impact advertising campaigns across various channels (online, offline, etc.

- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- Ensure effective brand positioning and messaging consistency across all advertising efforts.

Client Management & Business Growth:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

- Translate business objectives into actionable advertising strategies and measure success against KPIs.

- Contribute to the overall growth of the company by driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in developing and managing successful advertising campaigns.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mind-set with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
