Urgently looking for Head Advance Engineering with a Tyre industry at Halol.
ROLE TITLE - Head Advance Engineering

JOB PURPOSE - Responsible for advanced engineering analysis and research on product design, application & virtual validation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop a finite engineering platform( ABACUS, HYPER MESH) for non linear analysis including material model development.

2. Application of FEM techniques in product design stage so as to predict deformations under static dynamic loads.

3. Developing FEA codes for advanced analysis

4. Support New Product Development and OEM approvals

5. Research work in collaboration with universities, institutions & OEMs.

6. Value engineering on product design.

- Proficiency in Tyre Manufacturing Technology (Capable)

- Customer Orientation (Advanced)

- Product Acumen (Master)

- Proficiency to utilize IT solutions to Design Needs ( Advanced)

PREFERRED AGE - 30 – 35 yrs

QUALIFICATION - B.E/ B. Tech (Mechanical)

EXPERIENCE - 10 yrs of product design & Finite Element Modeling

Min 5 yrs. experience in FEM/ FEA

DESIRABLE - M.Tech (Mechanical)
