Responsibilities :
1. Application Management :
- Respond promptly to admission inquiries and provide detailed information about the PYP program, admission criteria, and procedures.
- Assist families with completing applications, collecting required documents, and navigating the admissions process.
- Review and evaluate applications for completeness and adherence to admissions criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all applicants and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
2. Interviews and Tours :
- Coordinate and schedule school tours (when possible) and admission interviews for prospective families.
- Conduct interviews with parents and students to assess alignment with the school's values and culture.
- Showcase the school's PYP program and its benefits during interactions with families.
- Work closely with the PYP Coordinator and the Head of School to develop the script that can be used for the interviews and school tours.
3. Communication :
- Maintain regular communication with applicants and their families to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the school's leadership team to create engaging content that highlights the PYP program and showcases student achievements (in future).
4. Collaboration :
- Work closely with the Head of School and the PYP Coordinator to streamline processes, ensure consistency, and enhance the overall admissions experience.
- Collaborate with the Head of School and the PYP Coordinator to gather insights that inform admissions decisions.
5. Events and Outreach :
- Participate in admissions events, open houses, and orientation sessions.
- Represent the school at external events and fairs to attract potential applicants.
6. Data Analysis :
- Analyze admission trends and data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide regular reports on admissions metrics to the Head of School or relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities as Digital Media Lead :
1. Digital Strategy :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy that aligns with the school's branding and communication goals.
- Identify key digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) and create content tailored to each platform.
2. Content Creation :
- Generate compelling and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, that highlights the school's educational initiatives, student achievements, and events.
- Collaborate with teachers, students, and staff to gather content that showcases the IB PYP program and its impact.
3. Social Media Management :
- Manage the school's social media accounts, create engaging posts, and monitor online conversations.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement and followership.
4. Website Management :
- Maintain and update the school's website with current and relevant content.
- Ensure that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and provides accurate information about the PYP program and school activities.
5. Analytics and Insights :
- Monitor digital media analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and use insights to refine digital media strategies.
6. Community Engagement :
- Foster online community engagement by facilitating discussions, sharing relevant articles, and showcasing student and faculty contributions.
- Collaborate with school stakeholders to promote events, achievements, and initiatives.
7. Digital Advertising :
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
