- Planning admission departments annual goals and targets along with the leadership team and Achieving them effectively (both in terms of numbers and quality of intake)
- Designing marketing and promotions campaign to ensure right positioning, awareness and visibility among students and parents community
- Preparing efficient and elaborate campaign plans with deliverables for entire admissions team
- Conceptualization of segment-specific campaigns to generate and nurture inquiries
- Planning and executing conversions starting from lead generation to application to final enrolment
- Strategizing and executing content management and calendar
- Relationship-building, liaison and networking with channel partners, digital media agencies and other related partners
- Enabling the Institute Leadership team to understand newer programs, segments, and markets
- To manage, motivate and review admissions team members and performance periodically in line with institutional policies
- Establishing Admissions Processes and SOPs and ensuring proper documentations to meet regulatory requirements and setting up of archiving mechanisms

Requirements:
