Looking for a Admissions head from a Premier B School for a leading University in Bangalore.

- To lead the Office of Student Admissions, which includes counselling and driving recruitment efforts to provide high quality admission services

- Design and establish the Admission strategy considering current trends

- Responsible for designing the Admission process, Admission related communication, Application processing, counselling, student evaluation, selection and engagement programs.

- Building and leading the Admission team by providing guidance, training, nurturing and supervision

- Oversee the Admission process and position it as a highly professional, personalized, engaging and differentiated process that stands true to the Admission philosophy.

- Implement well-defined systems and processes including student eligibility, communication, refunds, scholarships etc.
