We are executing a leadership role of Head Admissions & B2C Sales with one of the leading Chain of K-12 Schools in India.

The KRA's would be-

- Driving admission revenue through B2C channel.

- Desire Function Exposure- Sales and Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Tech implementation.

The desirable would be-

- 7+ year's of experience in leading B2C Edtech sales teams or K12 school admission revenue teams, having robust understanding of generating leads, managing admission sales processes, establishing inside sales functions, and training sales forces.

- Should have a sound knowledge of modern tech platforms and digital sales processes.

- Proven sales head, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's/Master's in Sales, Marketing or Business.

- Skillset - Sales management, Leading Sales force, Call centre management, lead generation, knowledge of digital marketing.
