We are looking for a Head - Admissions for the centre in South Delhi.

Designation : Head Admissions

Work Experience : 6-10 yrs (minimum)

Education: Graduate /Post Graduate with professional qualifications in Counselling from reputed and recognized National or International University/ Institution. Preferably full-time at least at the graduate & PG level

Reporting : Director/ COO

Personality & Must have : Mature, Self driven with capability managing the team and handling the tasks independently.

To be Impressive, Energetic, s/he should represent the Institution brand strongly. Should be a very good presenter, courteous and suave and provide a meaningful career path to prospective students.

Must have relevant experience in the field of higher education especially in the marketing of undergraduate courses & Programs.

Job Role :

- The role will entail responsibility of providing strategic direction & leadership for results-oriented admissions that are consistent with the goals and mission of the Institution.

- The Head of Admissions will work with prospective students, as well as other administrators, in the areas of admissions and recruitment. Will involve managing a team of 07-08 Associate Managers & Asst. Managers

The Candidate is expected to demonstrate very high levels of energy, skills and maturity in the following:

Profile: To present the Institution /school to prospective students and parents, including systematic and efficient handling of applications and communication with candidates and their parents; interviews with candidates and their parents; arrangements for admissions testing; securing of necessary student credentials; and communicating final decisions to the appropriate individuals

- Meet enrollment goals for assigned target recruitment area and travel on behalf of the Institution for recruitment and other college related events.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the admissions office's recruitment and marketing plan with the purpose of promoting the Institution's visibility, reach and general recruitment efforts.

- To be responsible for the internal department management of admissions print publications, advertising, and marketing efforts in coordination.

- Promotes the Institution and attracts new students by maintaining working relationships with prospective schools and Inter Pre- Degree colleges; working closely with the alumni office and the Career Services Division.

- Maintaining continuing flow of quality applicants by analyzing trends in enrollment and marketing activities, leading activities to continue programs that are effective; modifying programs; presenting new sales strategies for the Institution's recruitment and admission activities

- To promote the Institution/ School nationwide by making presentations and speeches at meetings, high school conferences, and community career & educational fairs.

- To run the admissions office including interview and grading process and work with faculty, Dean and trustees of the foundation to ensure a seamless process

- To oversee the admission office, creation of the admissions budget, and appropriate admissions and marketing materials, mailings, marketing collaterals and publications.

- To manage the re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year. To keep relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and re-enrollment program.

Location: South Delhi

Compensation: Attractive, negotiable, approx range of 10 lac +/- plus fringe benefits.
