A well managed admin team enables the org to run smoothly, create work efficiency and lead to employee satisfaction.
We need a senior person to manage and create processes, framework, create a team and culture of safe, happy workplace .
The role would be to oversee, manage, create Admin processes, systems for the following :
- House Keeping
- Compliance's, legal processes
- Office facilities
- Vendor Management
- Event Management
- Workplace policies and process management.
- The group is a start-up group which gives great importance to the human capital agenda and therefore are looking for people who can take ownership and be a self starter.
- MBA in HR mandatory
