Head - Administration
Description:
- Manage the administrative functions of the company, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and promoting a positive work environment
- Oversee the management of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and technology systems
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company including setting up of new retail branches
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage the company's administration budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are kept under control
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and that all internal policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
Profile:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 14 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing administrative functions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in India, including labour laws and financial regulations
- Broad knowledge of business departments and their functions
