Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the administration functions across all offices / locations in India.
2. Manage the administration functions of the company like travel, transport, Visa, Security, Guesthouses, Housekeeping, Office management etc.
3. Responsible for the Capital & Expense budget.
4. Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
5. Initiate and manage the contracts related to Administration function.
6. Responsible for proper Asset Inventory management and maintenance of all office equipment including periodic preventive maintenance.
7. Assist in the identification of Branch locations, negotiation, lease rent executions, fit-outs and Handover of Branch for Business.
8. Identify and develop strong vendor relationships that are reliable and cost effective.
9. Manage and support in the In-house shows, Exhibitions and VIP visits.
10. Responsible for the statutory compliances across all locations.
11. To ensure availability of trained resources in the department for the function by providing necessary training inputs.
12. Ensure proper Project estimation and scheduling and adhering to the deadlines.
13. Manage Admin team to ensure best contribution from each person, across locations.
14. Manage Contract Staff efficiently and fairly
Profile expectation -
1. Graduate/PG possibly with specialization in administration
2. 15~20 years administration related work experience preferably in manufacturing industry
3. Proven experience in developing ideas and implementing change and new initiatives
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
5. Exercise judgment/ take decision on a variety of issues within constraints of time and resources
6. Strong interpersonal, report writing, analytical skills; Ability to communicate politely at all levels.
7. Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload
8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements
9. Knowledge of Labour laws and related statutory compliances
10. Proven experience in developing ideas and implementing change and new initiatives
11. Proficient in MS Office applications
