- Staff Supervision: Supervising administrative staff, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of information.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Providing guidance, support, and training to the administrative team, fostering a positive work environment, and encouraging professional development.
- Arrangements for vehicles and other day-to-day and emergency needs are crucial aspects of administrative management within an organization
- New Hire Onboarding Logistics: Coordinating with hotels or accommodations to arrange rooms and also transportation for new employees.
- Policy Development: Draft clear policies outlining the roles, responsibilities including guidelines for handling various tasks such as office management, record-keeping, correspondence, etc.
Experience Required:
- 5+ yrs of exp in Infra projects.
- Should have experience of managing sites, houses, corporate offices.
Education Background - Degree preferable in management field is required
