Strategy
- Drive a cordial, conducive and collaborative work environment for employees to ensure performance
- Responsible for ensuring organizational development & implementation of effective Admin strategies, policies, processes, and systems
- Strategize Space Management (Office infrastructure) aligned to Business Plans
Administrative Services
- Drive high level of customer focus and customer centricity by offering administrative services to internal stakeholders
- Provide support on transport fleet management, hygiene services, pest control, horticulture, landscaping, front office management, courier services, infrastructure management, seat inventory management, and canteen management as a part of soft services.
- Provide support on infrastructure, primitive services, utilities, maintenance, downtime as a part of engineering services.
Efficiency Management
- Drive cost efficiencies in achieving targets and meeting customer requirements in the most efficient manner
- Drive synergy through space efficiency, consolidation of offices, better layouts, infrastructure management, transport efficiency and manpower efficiencies
Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Collaborate with the management to identify and deliver the required administrative support for the organization
- Liaising with materials department for procurement of materials, local authorities, government officials, agencies, contractors, purchase o drive cost effective tie ups
