Experience Requirement:

- Min 16 years of Advertisement Sales & Marketing experience.

- Must have handled a team (regional or zonal level)selling Ad Sales

- Excellent understanding of customer behavior and ability to capture client insights into relevant sales & marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership skills with effective organization and people management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

- To develop an Ad Sales strategy for the company.

- Responsible for generating Ad Revenue for the channel.

- Manage the existing client base, increase the market share and bring on board new clients and business.

- Ability to partner with product, analytics & data sciences on charting out the product evolution roadmap & revenue strategy

- Ability to partner with ad operations units for process efficiency and advertiser experience

- Map, develop and grow the key decision-makers and influencers across your industry vertical
