Experience - 8 - 12 Years

Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA (premier B School) or CA with min 14 yrs work experience in the same eld.

- Strong exposure to real- estate investments

- Strong exposure to Financial modeling, due diligence

- Exposure of working with Private Equity firms, Hospitality industry or Real Estate companies

Duties and responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, acquisition and due diligence of purpose-built throughout India.

- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and originating and closing potential transactions

- Create financial models and presentations for the investment committee

- Supervise due diligence by various service providers

- Review and negotiate transaction documents

- Manage post-acquisition integration of acquired properties
