- Drive customer acquisition in Mobile, DTH, Landline & Broadband businesses both prepaid and postpaid
- Drive quality of acquisition of new customers
- Lead the design of and execution of - go to market strategy for the entire product portfolio across the key customer segments while managing gross acquisition cost
- Drive acquisition revenue through the right mix of products and go to market strategy
- Plan and execute sales and retail partner incentive programmes aimed at ensuring sales force effectiveness, new customer acquisition and acquisition revenue
- Ensure appropriate utilization of Sales & Distribution budget
- Plan and execute opportunities of new customer acquisition by partnering with device companies like smartphones, tablets, blackberry and also drive data usage through data dongle acquisition
