Head - Accounts & Taxation - CA - Insurance

Job Purpose :

- To ensure financial and regulatory controls for the company from an accounting perspective, and design & drive policies/ procedures of the accounts process in order to sustain internal controls.

- To plan/ formulate Tax (Direct, Indirect and any other Corporate tax laws applicable on the Company) compliance, provide value added advisory/Tax planning and safeguard tax claims so as to optimize tax outgo/demands & service internal/external clients.

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the company's financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Ensure reports & filings are compliant with the IRDA & other regulatory bodies.

- Ensure controls over financial & non-financial processes at the Head Office and branches

- Oversee all payout processes pan India

- Create efficient mechanisms to ensure tax compliance and Tax Planning. Safe guard interest of the organization by optimizing tax position in consultation with Senior Management.

- Handle tax assessment and tax litigation, Tax Advisory and Support.

- Oversee roll out of special projects and Lead, train & develop teams.

Desired Candidate's Profile :

- The Candidate should be a CA Qualified.

- Age should not be more than 42 Years old.

- Candidates who are CA and have minimum 15 yrs exp. in the same profile (Accounts & Taxation) can apply.
