Head - Accounts Payable - Manufacturing - CA

- Hiring for Head Accounts Payable for Leading Manufacturing Company at Gujarat (Surat). Must have experience in Consulting/ Shared Service/BPO with team handling. 

Experience - 15 Years - 23 Years. 

Qualification - CA

- Heading Operation finance functions, determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate internal financial control

- Effective Control on Quality and Timely Delivery within Defined SLA/TAT.

- Ensure approved payments, monitor invoices are paid in a timely manner

- Administering financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements, and balance sheets Accounts.

- Establish an internal control process to prevent the inadvertent and intentional errors by periodic system review, learning from previous mistakes, and systematic solution.

- Introduced QC Process and RCA of error category

- Challenge the existing process and re-define as per current requirement and automation of manual process, lead to better control, cost-saving opportunity, and increase the productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure accurate Accrual & Provision for each function and variance analysis.

- Managing monthly reporting, AP Dashboard, Management Reporting, Sharing reports with various stakeholders on a regular basis.

- Ensure month, Quarter, and yearly closing as per scheduled timelines and handle the Internal and Statutory Audit.

- Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts with all statutory law including taxation

- Relationship management with various functions & reaches out on solution on day to day operational issues.

- Good communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
