About Our Client:

Our client is a leading global consulting firm with major presence in US and EU market and strong delivery base India. With the growth in their global business, they are looking to expand their team to support their customers across geographies. They are looking for a seasoned Finance professional with experience in BFSI industry in an international market to head up the Payables team based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities include:

- Oversee and manage the global payment operations

- Drive the delivery of operations to meet the committed SLAs

- Lead global teams based out of different geographies

- Develop & drive key operational metrics, balance scorecards and deliver continuous improvements in efficiency, cost & customer satisfaction

- Owner of the Management Policy for driving Expenditure

- Ensuring there are no audit gaps & processes adhere to laid down policy guidelines

- Identify process risks and ensure adequate preventive and detective controls

- Drive increased customer satisfaction through multiple initiatives including but not limited to Cycle time reduction, reduction in number of queries, accurate and consistent response to queries etc.

- Drive efficiency & process excellence, develop clear roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved

- Engage and interact with senior business partners globally

- Develop, retain & drive a high degree of engagement & motivation of the staff

The Successful Applicant:

- You are a CA/MBA with atleast 14 years of experience in a financial services setup.

- Good working knowledge of Financial Services Operations, strong interpersonal and team-working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must.

- You should also have the ability to work in a pressured environment and cope with the demands of working to tight deadlines.
