HEAD - ACCOUNTS OUTSOURCING - NOIDA -CA

Job Responsibility :

1 Design and drive consistent and organized processes for accounts outsourcing

2 Making training mannuals and giving training to accounts outsourcing team

3 Collaborate with all teams to ensure that project goals, objectives, and deliverables are achieved timely

4 Act as contact point between internal and external teams for outsourced projects

5 Overall responsible for supervising accounts outsourcing back office

6 Effectively plan, supervise and execute Bookkeeping engagements in accordance with all relevant professional standards (accounting, quality control, and ethical) and Firm policies.

7 Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate

8 Maintain an in-depth understanding of outsourcing procedures and methodologies

9 Must have in depth knowledge of accounting software Like SAP, Oracle

10 Must have good command on MS Packages (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
