Head - Accounts - NBFC

- Supervise the robust closure of monthly statutory financials as per INDAS along-with quarterly LRs / Audits, submission of quarterly returns to multiple regulators as required .

- Supervise closure of monthly income accounting, borrowings and FAR.

- To identify and set-up Accounting systems and processes for smooth conduct of business.

- To develop accounting policies to meet current & future business models and ensure implementation of latest updated software for complete automation.

- To ensure finalization of an Accounting Manual and its periodic updation.

- To leverage technology & aid development of new and latest accounting software with adequate maker checker audit trails for better operational effectiveness.

- To ensure providing adequate and timely training to other departmental teams on matters of financial discipline
