Head - Accounts - Manufacturing - CA

Job Role-

Preparation of Financial Statements :

- Preparation of Profit & Loss Accounts and timely reporting of financial data.

- Finalization of Accounts and preparation of the Balance Sheet.

- Variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenses

- Handling Accounts payable and receivable of the company.

Taxation:

- Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance for manufacturing operations.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.

General Accounting:

- Oversee the accounting for raw materials, manufacturing overhead, and operational costs.

- Ensure proper documentation and accurate bookkeeping for all financial transactions

Audits & Compliance:

- Liaise with Statutory and Internal Auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry-specific guidelines.

Management Information System (MIS):

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to provide insights on the financial performance of the manufacturing unit.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Provide strategic financial analysis and suggest areas for operational and cost efficiency in manufacturing processes.

- Work closely with internal teams, including production, procurement, and project management, to align financial and operational objectives.

- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA Qualification with experience in the manufacturing sector.

- Working knowledge of ERP software (such as SAP) is desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.

- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
